New York Mercantile Exchange

Starpoint designed, developed, and optimized the Member Trade application that provides transactions to NYMEX trading partners. This application combines both a front-end software tool that displays the trade data information to the user as well as cross-platform synchronization and data integrity among workstations. Member Trades read trade assignment records from a database and present the data in prepackaged views that display trade detail or trade summary data for options or futures. Each view is displayed in its own window, so that views may be displayed individually or several may be shown.

TD Ameritrade

Starpoint designed and built Darwin, an Options Trading Game, which is a fully functional trading platform that was designed to take the novice investor and introduce them to the concepts, risk and rewards of trading options and advanced trading strategies. The software was fully connected to quote, ticker and news services and emulated back-end clearing and trade execution. Starpoint also provided all analysis and development management for the second generation of TD Ameritrade’s Portfolio Builder module, which allows investors to monitor their strategies and view their portfolio in ways that made sense to their individual styles of investing.
