Challenge
This publishing company engaged Starpoint to port a major content repository of one of its editorial departments from the company’s current document repository to Documentum. The repository requirements had outgrown the effectiveness of the company’s home-grown implementation.
Solution
Starpoint worked with the company to select and test Documentum as the new document management repository.
Starpoint worked closely with company’s business and technology sponsors to redesign and refine the document storage and retrieval requirements and then successfully ported the existing repository to a newly designed docbase in Documentum.
