Unilever: Centralized Vendor Management

The company has many consulting opportunities but lacked an organized hiring process to fill them quickly and cost-effectively.
As Unilever's North American division’s Vendor Manager, Starpoint created a centralized hiring process for Unilever managers and vendors that used a custom version of our proprietary Web-based InstiHire system.
Starpoint helped Unilever find and hire qualified consultants quickly, reduce hiring costs, and streamline the hiring process. Starpoint’s on-site Recruiting Manager managed the entire recruiting and hiring process, including:
- Work with managers to identify openings and determine requirements
- Create the job requirements in InstiHire
- Blast email the requirements to Unilever's preferred vendors
- Screen resumes and present qualified candidates to Unilever
- Complete the onboarding process
