This major global professional services firm helps companies improve performance through effective people, risk and financial management. Formed through a merger, the firm employs nearly 20,000 people worldwide.

As the result of the merger, the firm was faced with integrating multiple global systems and selecting a single Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tool. The firm decided to implement Oracle EBS Financials and HRMS applications as its global system.

Solution

The firm initially hired Accenture to handle the global implementation of the Oracle applications. Although the firm had already partnered with Accenture on this multi-year systems integration project, Starpoint impressed the firm with our Oracle service offerings and resources. Consequently, the firm presented Starpoint with several ERP project augmentation and staffing opportunities.

At first, Starpoint provided one highly qualified, senior-level Oracle/PeopleSoft HRMS consultant to the firm. Impressed with the quality of this consultant, the firm has 10 of Starpoint’s Oracle consultants on billing, and is interviewing for additional consultants.
