Job Description:

This individual will be a critical member of the technology team focusing on project management and implementation of new technology projects. A large focus will be on a current Salesforce and Office 365 implementation.  This multifaceted role will have a concentration in training, development, software testing, data checking, problem solving and rollout. In this role, you will be expected to manage and effectively deliver the new software to the financial advisor teams.  It's a hands-on position which requires project management skills as well as the ability to work independently and be self-motivated.

 

Role and Responsibilities:

·         Managing and leading the project team in the implementation of the new Financial Advisor software

·         Managing the project scope and progress, providing status to senior management

·         Liaise with advisors and staff regarding training and adoption of product

·         Manage and participate in User Acceptance Testing

·         Direct project strategies, implementation plan, scope and milestones

·         Quality assures the work of third party staff assigned to project deliverables

·         Research and implement solutions on how to grow and improve the company’s use of Salesforce and other systems

·         Create and maintain training documentation and perform training in small to large groups during roll-out of projects

·         Develop plan to on-board new advisors into Salesforce and other systems including performing initial consultations, data gathering and cleansing, data import, training, on-boarding and support.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

·         Salesforce CRM Administration, Configuration, Implementation and Support experience

·         Experience with Office 365 products including SharePoint, Skype, and OneDrive

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Adhere to stated HR, IT, operations, compliance, privacy and ethics policies
  • Excellent team player with high level of organizational skills and detail oriented
  • Proven Project Management successful track record

 

Preferred Skills:

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Outlook

·         Exposure to NFS, SEI, DST & TDAmeritrade custodial account data

·         Strong customer services skills

·         Financial Services experience
