Job Description:

The Account Compliance Analyst’s overall objective is to lead the collaborative effort amongst cross functional teams to ensure all customer vendor compliance chargebacks are researched and resolved timely. The expectation is that each violation will be managed effectively while evaluating that the orders were processed in accordance with the customer’s vendor compliance requirements. Ability to achieve this goal will depend on the person becoming an expert of the detail in the customer’s vendor guide and portal. It is critical that every chargeback is measured against the customer’s vendor compliance guidelines to identify root cause because success in this area leads to corrective action which will result in cost savings and alignment to Hasbro’s financial goals. In addition, the Account Analyst is expected to regulate all projects and analysis related to their specific responsibilities and the overall department. The job requires that the person provide recommendations, make decisions, facilitate regular communications and collaborate w/ various levels of management to mitigate the financial impact (including: Vice President, Director and Manager). These individuals are considered to be one of the key faces to our valued customers, and they are expected to develop and maintain strong relationships with contacts at these key accounts.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Analyze and research compliance deductions taken by accounts and develop rationale to determine disposition
• Impact the business through collaborating efforts among Corporate Financial Services, Account Replenishment, Sales Teams and Logistics Teams while meeting customer requirements in order to maximize cost savings.
• Work autonomously on a daily basis to fully support the account’s business, and react immediately to problems in a high-pressure environment
• Determine resolutions for domestic and import vendor compliance deductions by partnering as a team with Corporate Financial Services, the Account and Sales Team
• Provide expert advice and recommend a plan of action when customer requirements present financial risks
• Formulate, develop, revise and distribute Excel reports to summarize key data
• Facilitate scheduled and impromptu meetings with internal and external partners
• Continually review processes associated with vendor compliance management in an effort to identify improvement opportunities and/or reduce / eliminate tasks that render minimal value
• Document and update all business processes related to management of vendor compliance
• Work additional hours both in the office and from home as the business demands

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree – Business Degree required
• Minimum of 2-3 years of related experience

• Ability to have confidence to make time sensitive decisions
• Ability to work to deadlines with a strong sense of urgency without compromising quality of work
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks with excellent follow up and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and achieve individual results
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer focus
• Knowledge of SAP (beneficial)
• Expert in Microsoft Office – specifically Excel
