Job Description:

Responsibilities:
o Project planning and execution o Support vendor and internal Subject Matter Expert (SME) relationships, including, but not limited to:

o Educating independent consultants and larger providers about Supervision

o Describing the purpose and outcomes of a particular project or program

o Acting as the primary point of contact for vendor schedules, contracts and invoicing

o Acting as a liaison for internal SMEs; assisting in the coordination of presentation materials, presentation materials, scheduling and logistics

o Manage all logistics surrounding the program, including:

o Enrollment/Nomination process

o Participant enrollment, attendance, and cancellations; and reporting across programs o Room booking and setup; participant materials and other collateral materials

o Contracts and invoicing

o Develop and execute written and in-person program communications, including, but not limited to: o Written communication to employees and/or Supervision colleagues regarding program details (e.g., timelines, pre-work, supporting communications, documents and tools, etc.)

o Written and verbal communications to participants’ managers, program sponsors and Supervision colleagues with status updates and requirements o Written communication to internal SMEs regarding creation and collection of materials, schedules and logistics

o Assist in Learning and Development report generation and distribution, including attendance tracking, participation, evaluations, compliance in locally and Nationally mandated programs

• Proven customer support skills

• Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of staff

• Team-oriented; ability to listen, learn, and add ideas to discussions

• Ability to utilize Word, Excel and PowerPoint for business documents

Preferred Skills/Knowledge:

• Experience in learning and organization development demonstrated through education and/or experience a plus
