Job Description:

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for working as a team member of the Customer Service Group to be the day to day point person for our customer base. S/he will be the interface with the internal organizations on behalf of the customers, and the person who understands the value of a relationship to the customer. Teaming with other groups, the CSR will provide exemplary service to the customer to ensure and increase sales, loyalty and satisfaction

 

RESPONSIBILITIES: (Other duties may be assigned)
·        Manage the day to day activities required to process customer orders- order entry, tracking, expediting, problem resolution, returns, credits.
·        Initiate/Participate in Continuous Improvement Projects
·        Reporting and analysis of customer data  to ensure and increase sales, loyalty and satisfaction.

Job Requirements:


·        Someone who can work in a fast paced environment
·        Must have ERP experience
·        Order entry

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
·        Creative problem solver
·        Excellent communicator
·        Comfortable with multi-tasking
·        Detail oriented
·        Unflappable under stress
·        Able to give and receive constructive feedback
·        Systems/Applications literate, willing to learn new programs
·        How to make a customer happy
·        Experience in a manufacturing environment is a very big plus,/needed
·        Experience supporting a Distribution Channel is a plus

Required experience:
·        Customer Service: 2-3 years plus
