• Independently interact with our clients to provide timely and complete resolution to
inquiries/requests within established timeframes.
• Educate clients on processes and procedures
• Navigates through various internal administrative systems
• Analyze trends, identify root cause and propose solutions

Job Requirements:

• 0-2+ years financial institutional experience
• 0-2+ years call customer service related experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant experience preferred

Preferred skills and experience:
• Superior customer-centric focus, with proven ability to thoroughly resolve customer
• Help desk or desk support experience
• Strong time management, organization and multi-tasking skills, delivering results
independently and within deadlines
