About the role:

Exciting opportunity for a motivated person with a solid HR operation and or customer service background who will play an important role in supporting a Shared Service Center (SSC) with Administrative tasks.  The HR Filing Clerk will be responsible for handling high volume administrative and transactional activities related to employee on-boarding, benefits, leave management, records management and retention, and HR compliance.


  • Assist in transactional support on a day to day basis for associates via telephone, email and internal tracking system based on pre-determined service level agreements
  • Work collaboratively within a team to share ideas, ownership, and accountability for driving improvements and consistency of HR transactions and the execution for key HR processes;
  • Support the integrity of employee records and HR system data;
  • Filing and Scanning of employee records and documents.

  • Maintain confidential information including PHI and HIPAA
  • Strong Customer Service skills.
