Job Description:

Our client specialized in creating large-format graphics for both indoor and outdoor environments, as well as signs, banners and marketing materials, is seeking a Business Development Specialist in their Chicago office.  

This is a business-to-business sales position focused on selling to companies in retail, advertising, manufacturing, fashion and other industries. This person will be responsible for selling large-format solutions including point-of-purchase (POP) displays, point-of-sale (POS) displays, graphics for exhibits & trade shows, large-format posters, wall murals, banners, floor / fleet graphics, promotional signs, and other products. 

Candidates with prior experience selling large format graphics are strongly preferred, but candidates without that experience will be considered if they are willing to spend extra time and efforts learning about the large format digital imaging process, materials and their application to each market segment.

Job Requirements:


Independent, self-motivated sales professional that can work independently

  • Excellent cold-calling, objection-handling and closing skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Effectively communicates ideas, information and concepts in a variety of presentation settings.
  • Driven to produce high level of sales performance and quota overachievement.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office including PowerPoint.
  • Dynamic outgoing personality with the ability to network at industry mixers and local associations.
  • Ability to prospect via telephone or other media to set in-person appointments.


Required Experience:
Sales experience with a proven track record is preferred, large format experience is also a plus, but not a requirement. If no experience, individual will be expected to put forth the extra time and effort to gain knowledge quickly of large format digital imaging processes, material and substrates used and their application to each market segment.
