Job Description:

 

  1. User Experience Designer/User Researcher:

Overview: 
Senior UX  Designer and Researcher who can build and manage User requirements backlog, and transform them into personas, user journeys, and wireframes, and then validate them with Stakeholders and Customers.

Preferred Experience:

    • Ability to build wireframes, and workflows to define complex business cases and user paths through a product.
    • Thorough knowledge of User Experience processes and methodologies, to allow for rapid design iterations within an agile/lean UX environment.
    • Experience with
    • Ability to perform user research and customer validation though the use of contextual inquires, persona development, usability studies, and user journeys

 

Skills:

    • Wireframing and design tools like Sketch, Adobe suite, or Balsamiq, 
    • UX methodologies like Human factors, User Centered design, and advanced usability techniques
    • Agile and lean processes with understanding of iterative customer centered product development.

 

 

 

  1. Interaction/Product Designer

Overview: 
Senior Interaction and product designer with ability to develop rapid prototypes in Axure, Invision, UXpin or other related prototypes tools (Axure preferred), with deep knowledge of design patterns, and product design methodologies.

 

Preferred Experience:

    • Ability to ideate, visualize and produce stunning visual prototypes of product interfaces for both desktop and mobile design patterns.
    • Ability to create design pattern library, and interaction design components needed to define software interfaces and product development standards.
    • Knowledge of technical design specifications to be able to scale user interfaces and provide guidance to technical leadership team on best practices.

Skills:

    • Prototyping and design tools like adobe suite, sketch and Axure (preferred)
    • UX methodologies like Human factors, User Centered design, and advanced usability techniques
    • Agile and lean processes with understanding of iterative customer centered product development.

 

  1. Art Director/Graphic Designer

Overview: 
Senior Art director and graphic designer, with strong visual design skills and knowledge of product branding solutions. Must have deep knowledge of design patterns, and experience building product themes, style guides, and design kit libraries.

 

Preferred Experience:

    • Ability to lead the creation of stunning visual designs and graphic interfaces for all aspects of product design, including product themes, component libraries, forms, dashboards, data visualizations, and system elements.
    • Ability to create style guide and design kit (pattern library) that carry themes throughout multiple products within a larger brand architecture.
    • Solid understanding of good usability, color theory, typography, accessibility, and graphic design best practices.

 

Skills:

    • Expert knowledge of graphic design tools like adobe suite, sketch, zeplin and other interface design  tools
    • Understanding of the technical limitations and needs of design applications so that graphic elements can be easily translated to presentation layer elements on the front end.
    • Strong knowledge of product design themes, and task based interfaces to allow for fluid understanding of design implementations.
    • Agile and lean processes with understanding of iterative customer centered product development.
