Job Description:

  •  Manages the daily FedPPM Queue
  •  Manages the data entry into our intake tool
  •  Ensures that TSG Timecards are accurate and updates
  •  Assists in operation of the demand toolset

Job Requirements:

  •  A proven record of strong quantitative and analytical thinking skills demonstrated by the ability to understand complex and technical topics and arrive at sound judgments;
  •  Ability to think critically and make recommendations to improve workflow and service levels;
  •  Excellent organization and self-management skills;
  •  Excellent written and oral communication skills;
  •  Detail oriented and proven ability to assimilate new information quickly;
  •  Ability to work cooperatively with all levels of staff and management at this CLIENT location, other  CLIENT locations, regulatory agencies, and regulated institutions;
  •  Manage multiple tasks independently, while consistently providing high quality and timely products; and
  •  Understanding of: Time Tracking and Reporting
  •  Expert Skills: Excel, FedPPM and Basic Reporting Tools
  •  Expert/Master Skills: Communication and follow-up
