Job Description:

Support program/projects scope, goals, project plans, milestones, and scorecards.

Provide business and data analysis to across the project portfolio; analyzing and documenting key business discussions and requirements, managing timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies tracking action items and other project related materials.

Effectively communicate status and escalate issues to project leaders and management team.

Coordinate meetings with stakeholders/management where project status, issues, risks and dependencies are discussed.

Job Requirements:

Project Coordinator / Junior PM

Bachelor’s Degree Required.

Experience with marketing and CRM systems.

Strong written and verbal communication skills across various levels of the organization.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent deliverables in an organized manner.

Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Ability to identify key messages and articulate complex issues concisely.

Data management and problem solving skills with an analytical and control mindset.

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint, Project Management Skillset.

Knowledge of Regulatory Programs and/or Risk products a plus.
