Jeff Najarian Jeffrey Najarian
President and CEO, Starpoint Solutions

As creator and founder of Starpoint Solutions, Jeff has been instrumental in building one of the country's fastest growing, privately held companies, as cited by Inc. magazine.

From 1984-1992, Jeff worked at Setford-Shaw-Najarian (SSN), a recruiting/placement firm for technology specialists, becoming a partner after only three years. He led the staff in billing, propelling SSN to become a leading search firm for Wall Street banks. SSN became Starpoint Solutions to reflect its expanded service offerings which includes IT staffing, creative services, and solutions development.

Jeff graduated from Rutgers University with a B.A. in Business Administration.




Joseph Aleles Joseph Aleles
Chief Operating Officer, InstiHire

Joe was named InstiHire's Chief Operating Officer in December 2001 and played an integral part in guiding product development of the InstiHire software. As COO, Joe is responsible for all of InstiHire's business operations.

Before his current position, Joe held various roles at Starpoint Solutions, InstiHire's parent company. After joining Starpoint in 1997, Joe assumed such functions as head of the Product Services Group, Vice President of Product Development and Services, and Senior Vice President of Corporate Operations.

Joe graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a B.S. in Management Sciences and a minor degree in Economics. He also holds an M.B.A. in Operation Research from Rensselaer.
